MAT programs are designed to improve the chances of long-term recovery and to support individuals in regaining control over their lives while managing their addiction.
MAT medications can help reduce withdrawal symptoms, cravings, and the reinforcing effects of opioids, making it more effective for individuals to abstain from drug use and focus on their recovery.
Agape's MAT program is delivered under the supervision of healthcare professionals who have expertise in addiction medicine and that they are considered an effective and evidence-based approach for opioid addiction treatment.
Opioid use disorder (OUD) is a medical condition characterized by the problematic and compulsive use of opioids, including prescription painkillers, heroin, and synthetic opioids like fentanyl, despite adverse consequences. OUD is considered a substance use disorder and is recognized as a complex, chronic medical condition that affects both physical and psychological health.
Seeking professional help is essential for individuals with opioid use disorder to achieve recovery and regain control over their lives.
At Agape our MAT program is delivered under the supervision of healthcare professionals who have expertise in addiction medicine and that they are considered an effective and evidence-based approach for opioid addiction treatment.
AUD is a treatable condition, and recovery is possible with the right support and treatment. AUD is a serious health issue, and early intervention can significantly improve the chances of successful recovery.
Call Agape today, if you or someone you know is struggling with alcohol use disorder, it's important to seek help from a healthcare professional or addiction specialist to assess the severity of the condition and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
